On Friday 7/14/17, members were on station for the storm as stations 24 (kennett), 25 (longwood), and Tanker 36 along with Rescue 36 were alerted to the 100 blk of old kennett road for a house fire. Tanker 36 made the response as the dispatch was going out followed shortly by the rescue. The tanker arrived onscene and supplied tanker 25-1. As the tanker crew was operating on scene, the rescue was redirected to Station 24 (Kennett) for stand-by. Tanker 36 operated on scene for about 30 minutes returning shortly there after.
