Station 39 was dispatched for an accident in front of the Embreeville mill on route 162 at 9:25 am. Captain 36 and Deputy 39 were the first on scene and confirmed that a patient in a wheel chair was still in the vehicle. Engine 39-1 went en route, and deputy 39 added Rescue 36 to the call to assist. Once on scene, Rescue 36's crew went immediately to stabilization to secure the vehicle from rolling over. 36 and 39 crews worked together to free the patient from the vehicle, and assisted with removing the vehicle from the embankment. Due to the patience and diligence of the 36 and 39 crews working together, the patient was able to drive his vehicle home from the scene.
