Station 36 with MICU 25 were alerted to respond to W Locust lane and Route 82 for an Accident reported serious. Shortly after dispatch Fireboard re-alerted Station 36 with the addition of Rescue 25(Longwood) for an upgrade to entrapment. MICU 25 arrived and reported two vehicles head on with one trapped in a mini van.

Rescue 36 and Rescue 25 arrived and quickly went to work extricating the victim. Command requested availability of air medical due to the lengthy ad challenging extrication but was down due to weather.

Both Drivers were transported to local hospitals for evaluation.

Crews cleared the scene a short time after.
