| Why did you join the fire department? |
I joined the fire department because I wanted to find a great way to give back to my community. The fire department was the most exciting and interesting way of doing this! |

| What are your hobbies and/or interests outside of the fire department? |
One of my hobbies outside of the fire department is flying airplanes. This is primarily what I do outside of the fire department and allows me to travel to so many different and interesting places! |

| What do you like best about being part of the fire department? |
The best part of being in the fire department is the friendships and relationships you develop with other members in the department and neighboring departments. The camaraderie that is developed is like no other! Another great part of being in the fire department is the satisfaction of helping other people out in the moments they need the most help. |
