| Why did you join the fire department? |
I joined the fire department cause first responders were people I grew up around. My father was an officer with the NYPD, and his 3 brothers were volunteer firemen in New Jersey; All of them also served some time as an officer within their department. I also became friends with classmates who had parents or siblings in the fire service, which also grew my interest. |

| What are your hobbies and/or interests outside of the fire department? |
Outside the fire department, I like to ride dirtbikes and do manual labor(Mainly landscaping). I also dabble in learning different trades as my father and I work on renovating our house. |

| What do you like best about being part of the fire department? |
The thing I like the most about being part of the fire department is the family-like environment you have inside it. I also like the tradition and pride that each department has. |
